What type of apartments do we offer?
We offer spacious and fully equipped 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. All include a full kitchen, living room, private bathroom, heating, Wi-Fi, and access to all communal areas: swimming pool, garden, barbecue, and games room. They are ideal for families, couples, and small groups.
What are the entry and exit times?
Check-in: from 4:00 PM.
Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
If you need a special schedule, please contact us and we will assess it based on availability.
What amenities are included in the apartment?
All our apartments are fully equipped with linens, towels, a microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and basic kitchen utensils. We also offer a cot and highchair upon request.
Do you accept pets?
We only allow pets in Apartment 1 and Apartment 2. Under no circumstances can they be left alone inside the accommodation.
Do you have accessible apartments for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Apartments 1 and 5 are fully adapted (barrier-free access, adapted bathroom, spacious rooms, accessible shower)
How can I book directly?
You can book through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Direct booking offers better conditions and personalized service.
What is the cancellation policy?
The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. The customer will have to pay 15% of the total price if they cancel within 14 days of the arrival date.
Are the apartments suitable for families?
Yes, our apartments are ideal for families because of their layout, quiet surroundings and amenities.
Do you offer a restaurant or cafeteria?
We don't have a restaurant, but we're very close to Tapia de Casariego, where you'll find excellent dining options. Also, the El Álamo Restaurant is just 500 meters away.
